Speaking at the event of the "Cultural Heritage" on European Day, Prime Minister Edi Rama said it would be easier if there were negotiations to become part of the US, than to negotiate and try to convince 27 states of Europe.
"If there were negotiations to become part of the United States, it could have been easier, perhaps.
