The Fier court ruled the detention until the end of the investigation for the three young men arrested and charged with kidnapping and attempted rape of a 13 years-old girl. The serious event happened in the village of Roskovec.
The defendants are Redion Tereziu, 22, Jorges Dosti, 24, and Marjus Çalameni, 24, all of them inhabitants of the village of Vlosh, Roskovec.
But while inside the court was goin on trial process, Marjus Calameni's family claimed that their son was innocent.
They said at the time of the crime, the 24-year-old was at work and for this they have witnesses.
According to Marjus's father, his son gave the bicycle to his friends, and was arrested only because his bicycles was found at the scene of the crime.
