A woman has set fire to herself in the capital yesterday.
According to official data, the citizen with the initials S.P., 66 years old, has been dyed with gasoline and was self-burned in the apartment's toilet at "Ali Demi" neighborhood in Tirana.
The event alarmed the residents, while the woman was was urgently transported to the hospital by her family members. Now she is under the care of the doctors.The reasons for this extreme act are still unknown. Police have started investigating, while referring the materials to the Prosecutor's Office at Tirana's First Instance Court for evaluation.
