Candidate For Governor of California, Klement Tinaj attended the Albanian Independence Day Celebration in California

On November 24, 2017 Albanians in California gathered together to celebrate the Albanian Independence Day. The night was filled with food, music and dancing. Special guest Klement Tinaj, the youngest and first Albanian Candidate for Governor of California was in attendance.

During the event Altin Plasa introduced the website for the Albanian Community in California. www.AlbanianCommunity.org. This is the first website of it's kind in California. There are about 2,500 Albanians that live in California. The organization founders Altin Plasa, Klement Tinaj and Nazmi Qarreti launched the website to connect Albanians in California by sharing their history, values, and celebrating who they are and where they come from.

Klement Tinaj gave a remarkable and powerful speech to the Albanian community. He spoke to the audience about the issue they care about most, education, healthcare and the current housing crisis. He also shared his plan and vision for California. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eX5s6zET4cA)
