Jeronim De Rada in the International Congress of the Peoples of the East in 1899: "The Albanian language is superior to any classical language

"Mr. De Rada presents his ideas for what characterizes the Albanian language and its monuments:

1. The Albanian language is composed of one word words that point out different aspects of the field. With the help of suffixes or changing vowels, the Albanian language has the ability to form the words for a discourse.

2. ... There are three genres, where the neutral is the general idea...

3. The verb forms are three: ...

4. The Variable Vowel, in addition to morphological surpluses, changes the tonality.

5. Because of its phonetic resources, Albanian language is superior to any classical language.

6. Geography, as well as the legends of prehistoric Hellenic and Latin times, preserve Albanian words. They were Pelasgians, Trojans, Frigians, etc. Pelasgians founded Rome.

7. Gods of paganism have all the names derived from Albanian roots. It is clear, therefore, that for the cult of God and nature we should refer to the Pelasgians. After the transformation of the one god into a multiform and anthropomorphic god, they followed idols, who has perfectly Albanian names expressing their symbols.

8. In conclusion, Mr de Rada is convinced that in Albanian there are still precious linguistic treasures for science and he expects to be discovered soon.".
