The prestigious newspaper also writes about the Albanian specialty "flija", which is also served in this restaurant with the owner Ramiz Kukaj from Peja.

Ramiz Kukaj, an Albanian from Peja, had for the first time been thinking of the restaurant "Tradita" nine years ago, since his son, 12, asked if there was any Albanian restaurant to send his friends, in order to tell them about the Albanian tradition, is stated in this article.
