An international drug trafficking case was ascertained by Qafë Thanë Border Police: Two Poles, father and son, were detected while trafficking by their car 23 kg of cannabis sativa. The drugs were divided into 68 packages and hidden under the seat.
They are Joseph and Mikolaj Drynda. Albanian police announced that a friend of theirs, a 25-year-old girl, S.H. is announced wanted as their collaborator in cannabis trafficking.
The Border Police strikes a case of "International Narcotics Traffic" as well as another case of "Production and Sale of Narcotics" carried out in cooperation. Are seized in total for both cases an amount of 23 kg and 400 grams of suspected narcotic drug Cannabis Sativa.Three foreign nationals (two Poles, one Swiss) are arrested in flagrancy, a citizen being declared wanted and is prosecuted in a free state another person.
Following the Police work on evidencing and attacking the cases of production, sale and trafficking of narcotics, the services of the Border Police Station in Qafë Thana, in cooperation with Narcotics Section Specialists at the Local Police Directorate of Korça, at the border of the Republic of Albania has hit two cases as a result of which was made possible the capture and arrest of these citizens:
Jozef DRYNDA, 23, and Mikolaj DRYNDA, 47 years old, father and son, as well as is wanted the citizen S. H., 25, the three of them are residents in Poland, the latter as a co-worker suspected in the offense with the two nationals above, for which no other data can be given due to the investigation.
On 08.09.2017, the citizen Jozef Drynda was present at the borderwith on his "Volkswagen" vehicle with the license plate OKL30821 with which he was traveling with his father. Given the suspicions by the Border Police services is made the verification.
During the detailed inspection, including the scanning process carried out in cooperation with Customs, specifically on the underside of the passenger seat, is found and seized in the quality of the material prove 69 packs weighing 23 kg and 400 grams of suspected drug as Cannabis Sativa.
