During the first declarations he denied that the device was a eavesdropping one. According to the Greek engineer, this device only serves to measure the antennas of the company waves he had contracted, the device being confiscated while the materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office which will continue the investigation.

The device is expected to be subject to expertise, while the sources say it is almost identical to the device of Israelite Frig, which resulted in nothat had no spy power but only identified cords or other eavesdropping devices.

Based on the TIMS system, Joannis Dragounis appears to have entered in Albania over 20 times while no restraint has been taken against him. Unlike Israeli Frig, who was also blocked by a passport and waited until the end of the expertise, the Greek citizen was left free to travel to his country, but under the condition that he would be obliged to be in touch with the Albanian authorities./Oculus News
