Engravings of 3 brothers of Skanderbeg poisoned in the mansions of Sultan Murad

  Is thought these three portraits belong to Skanderbeg brothers.

The portraits were copied from an engraving of the time and were brought in Albania and in the 30s by Dr. Ibrahim Temo. 

On the back of these photos is written: "Three brothers of Skanderbeg who were poisoned in Edirne by the Turkish Government in 1443. 1) Reposim (Mehmet Bey), 2) Stonja (Selim Bey) and 3) Constantine (Rustem Bey) Kastriota.

In the note on the back of the photography, is written that they allegedly are copied from an imperial album found in the library of Jeldez Qoshk and were sent to Albania by dr. Ibrahim Temo. The images show that the three princes of Kastriots were fairly young when poisoned.

Along with these three portraits in the photograph library of AQSh is found a postcard (illustrated with an engraving of the medieval period, is not given the author) that indicates when John Kastriota and his wife accompanied the four boys to Edirne, in the mansions of Sultan Murad. Four boys appear in a very tender age. In a corner of the engraving are seen soldiers dressed in national and the magnificent Castriota Castle with the double-headed eagle../ Oculus New
