The result of the elections in Albania may be affected by cyber attacks and propaganda campaigns of Russia. This is the conclusion of 11 Republican Congressmen in the United States, which given the allegations of the involvement of Russia in the electoral process of US, but also in several other states, they have deposited in the House of Congress a resolution, which requires the immediate prohibition of Russia's involvement in these campaigns and American sanctions against the responsible persons.
In a document of 4 pages, congressmen list the cases when some countries through intelligence agencies or other institutions have reported cyber attacks or detected Russian hackers, who have attempted to obtain, but also have taken control of some important servers affecting the electoral process.
