In a report published by the Institute for Economics and Peace in the Global Terrorism Index for 2016, Albania is ranked 92th, while Kosovo 70th in the list of most vulnerable countries.
The list includes 143 countries. Bosnia and Herzegovina is ranked 62, 78 Macedonia, Montenegro 117 and Serbia is ranked 121.
Albania is ranked fourth in the region threatened by terrorism.The most vulnerable countries according to the report are Iraq, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Pakistan and Syria.
As to Europe, the country most at risk from terrorism is France - ranked in 29th.
In Albania allegedly are over 100 persons who have fought alongside ISIS, while some were arrested and convicted.
A few days ago in Shkodra were arrested 4 persons related to ISIS, having planned an attack against the Israeli team at the stadium.
Even in Kosovo are arrested several members of this cell operating at the behest of Lavdrim Muhaxheri in Syria.
