International Federation of Football - FIFA confirmed that Kosovo is part of the first group of qualifyings for the Football World Cup, "Russia 2018".
The news was announced on the official website of FIFA and reportedly was taken by a UEFA panel. In this group, Kosovo will face Croatia, Iceland, Ukraine, Turkey and Finland.Also, FIFA has decided to include Gibraltar in qualifyings in group H, in this group are also Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Estonia and Cyprus. The decision for Kosovo and Gjilbartari included in the qualifications for the World Football Championship to be held in 2018 in Russia, had the acceptance of both countries of FIFA.
