French President Francois Hollande will submit today to Ismail Kadare, the title "Commander of the Legion of Honor", granted to him a few months ago.
The ceremony will take place at 18:00 pm at the Presidential palace "Élysée" in the presence of a narrow circle of invited persons.
It is a rare event, were French President by himself will deliver this title, which usually is delivered by other representatives of the palace, but even when the price is submitted by the President, the ceremony takes place for a group of personalities.Seems this is a special honor for the Albanian writer, where tomorrow will be the one to receive the award.
After the ceremony the Presidential Palace will organize a reception for the guests, also a rare event and respect that seems French President pays to the Albanian writer.
