Greater Albania - a map of two centuries ago of the Frenchman reveals territories inhabited by Albanians

This is an old French map of two centuries ago that reveal Albanian territories inhabited by Albanians. Compared with the map of today, unfortunately we see that most Albanian territories are kidnapped and fragmented between neighbors.

Researcher Artan Shkreli bring this map created before the Congress of Berlin, conducted by the Frenchman Lejean. In the drawings of the Frenchman, you can see with 'Skipetares' is most of the territory, precisely those in yellow.

"Part of the ethnographic map of 1861, before the Congress of Berlin, conducted by frengu Lejean (we remind that the French had access to large Ottoman Empire territories of the  at the time, and thus had good opportunities for studying ethnography and ethnicities of peoples that inhabited this territory).

It would be curious, for comparison, the realization of such a map today, after a century and a half, to see how much has changed the demographics of modern Balkan states.
