A 27-year-old resident in Shkoder, was arrested by Tirana Police after punched in the face o Police Officer, media reports.
The arrested is the citizen Emiliano Mrishaj.The event happened during midday on the boulevard "George Fishta". The 27-year-old citizen punched the officer G. B, 37 years old, resident in Tirana, specialist in urban traffic management at the Regional Traffic Police Station in Tirana.Procedural materials passed to Tirana District Prosecutor's Office on the criminal offense of "violence because of duty".
