The lowering of the temperatures has caused the boilers heat ineficient. For this reason many schools have redused the rearning ours.
It appears that in nurseries of the capital the situation is better.
In the absence of boiler systems, heating with electricity continues to be the alternative that is used by all public educational institutions.
