The coach of the Albanian national football team, Gianni de Biasi, received the title 'Honoris Causa' by the European University of Tirana for extraordinary merits in laying the foundations of the Albanian national team, perhaps the best in the history of the Albanian football.
The academic evaluation: "For outstanding merits as creativity, hard work, research, tactical discipline, on the establishment of the most successful national team in the history of the Albanian football".
