Government proposes the dismissal of 10 most corrupt judges

 Minister of Justice, Nasip Naço proposed to the High Council of Justice (HCJ), the dismissal of 10 judges, as charged for refusing to declare, conceal or misrepresent assets, while the others are accused of serious violations of discipline, the Ministry’s press office reported.

Out of 10 judges on the list, 6 are accused of hiding or not declaring assets, 2 of them for not justifying the decisions taken during the procedure and 2 for serious breaches, affecting stakeholders’ interest in the trial.

The Doda couple – Rasim and Enkeleda Doda, working at the Court of Saranda, tops  judges’ list, where Rasim has been suspended and is indicted by the Court for Serious Crimes for corruption in the amount of  € 80,000, in exchange of a decision.
