An IMF team, led by Nadeem Ilahi visited Tirana from August 26th to September 9th, to hold discussions on the second review from the Extended Fund of the agreement. According to the IMF announcement, the team discussed a number of issues with the Albanian authorities, including the 2015 budget, structural reforms, and governance of the Bank of Albania and policy.
"The discussions and the outcome of the review will be published later and the mission will return to complete its task another time", reads the press release of the IMF.
