Properties of an Albanian Seized; Wanted by Swiss Authorities over Heroin

Tirana Court finally decided to seize the possessions of a citizen accused of heroin trafficking from Swiss authorities.


According to police, after Tirana Prosecutor's request, the court decided the preventive seizure of immovable properties for F.M., Tirana resident, charged by Swiss authorities for "violation of the law on drugs, organized heroin trafficking, possession and consumption of heroin".


Tirana Prosecution identified some of F.M.'s properties, which allegedly are his own and allegedly the product of criminal activity, but his ownership is veiled on behalf of his the family.


After Tirana Prosecution investigation, the court seized the following assets, which are located in Tirana and Durres:
- A field of 21,000 square meters;
- Two apartments of 210 square meters;
- Two stores of 140 square meters;
