A cadaver totally decomposed is found in Durrës city this morning.
The cadaver is found near the bank by some citizens, in a place that is used for fishing.
The cadaver is brought in the surface by the waves.
Becaouse of the high level of decomposation, actually the identification of the person is almost impossible.
Police arrive at the scene, and actually their are investigating to identify the causes of the dead and the identification of the person.
The dead body is send in the city's morgue for further investigations.
